"SAY YES" is an audio-visual experience created by Chicago band Rose Lake in an effort to bring art and music together in a playful manner. The installation is a dream scene created with crocheted elements made of yarn. Colorful afghans of vivid patterns set the tone for a fun, lighthearted and nostalgic experience. We hope the viewer/listener will get lost in the colors, textures and dreamy sounds.

Rose Lake, comprised of Chris Rejman, Patrick Welsh, Jade Carrico and Preeti Samraj, is a Chicago based music project with original songs blending guitar, synths, beats, and vocals. Their debut album, ‘Enter’ released on Halloween 2021 explores the passage of human energy. The dreamy and upbeat atmospheric soundscape will take you through dark peaks and valleys. Influenced by the 80s, scary movies, and the things we choose to believe in, Rose Lake invites everyone to listen.

Gerald Bailey is a trumpet player, producer, multi instrumentalist and composer. His latest work is released on Potions Music New York. Endless Crate describes his work as “a grimy kind of jazz that creates a bluesy, careworn sound. Highly recommended”.  Gerald is an endorsing artist for Adams Brass Trumpets and Flugelhorns.
