Commotion is a new event from DJs Sky Changes and PDCKev. Inspired by the Chicago dance community, and by the sounds that have shaped Midwest dance music such as Detroit techno, house, break and more — Commotion seeks to create involuntary movement and a strong community through vendors and additional surprises.
