SENDERS is a monthly party hosted by residents Mike Broers and Chris Kalis with electronic music, video mashups, guest DJs, and live performances.

Since attending high school together, Chris and Mike have been curating the sounds of Cosmic Funk and Disco, 80s Electro, Italo, House, 90s Techno, and beyond for almost 25 years.

This month's edition includes a returning favorite Feral, plus Tommy Kladis, and a dj set by Kalis' duo with Lisa Armstrong, Drasii, rounded out with a set from Senders resident Mike Broers. 

FERAL
feral (Ally Hembree) is a dj and event promoter based in Chicago whose main objective is to get people on the dance floor. She aims to curate accessible, high voltage mixes, spanning across a variety of genres including house, drum & bass, and jungle.

DRASII
Drasii is an electronic hardware and DJ duo formed by multidisciplinary artists Chris Kalis and Lisa Armstrong. Drawing from years of experience performing underground electronic music and producing and hosting the weekly electronic music show Chando Radio, their DJ mixes demonstrate a keen sense of narrative flow, maintaining a dancefloor energy that builds and releases tension while shifting through different styles, sounds, and tempos.

TOMMY KLADIS
Tommy Kladis is a disc jockey, producer, instrumentalist and event coordinator. In addition to creating original music, Kladis currently hosts a monthly dance party in Chicago called Music Time with Friends and djs regularly throughout Chicago and Michigan. Kladis is primarily concerned with exploring the vast, never-ending well of human expression through sound and bringing people together to celebrate life through music and dance.
