The Whistler Jam is an open session for jazz musicians of every stripe — players, improvisers, and explorers alike. Anchored by Whistler vets Matt Ulery (bass) and Quin Kirchner (drums), the house band kicks things off at 9:30pm with a short set before opening the floor for an all-night jam that runs until last call at 12:30am. Join us on the first Tuesday of each month at The Whistler.

Every Tuesday and Wednesday at the Relax Attack Jazz Series, we present Chicago’s top jazz artists in a lively atmosphere, full of cocktail-shaking and spirited conversation.
