Every Tuesday & Wednesday at the Relax Attack Jazz Series, we present Chicago’s top jazz artists in a lively atmosphere, full of cocktail-shaking and spirited conversation.

But on May 7th, we’re doing something a little different; we’re featuring a DJ set by broadcaster and event producer King Hippo, aka Alejandro Ayala of International Anthem Recording Company.

He’ll be spinning jazz and jazz-adjacent records from his vast collection of vinyl. Expect to hear both new and old music, as well as some test presses for upcoming releases on IARC.
