Journey with us in the footsteps of this globetrotting author, as we explore cocktail concepts inspired by some of Hemingway’s favorite haunts: Havana, Paris, and the green hills of Africa.

And we wouldn’t dare neglect our hero’s own contributions to the cocktail pantheon — come experience fresh-eyed takes on the author’s canonical classics: the Hemingway Daiquiri and Death in the Afternoon.

Join us as we explore epic stories with bespoke beverages named after and inspired by moments from each narrative. These custom-tailored cocktails will be accompanied by musical and/or visual elements designed to evoke the atmosphere of each individual work of fiction.
