The Chicago Jazz Festival is presented in partnership with the Department of Cultural Affairs & Special Events. This year, we’re pleased to present back-to-back nights with AlgoRitmo on August 27th and 28th.

AlgoRitmo is a unique and electrifying band that leans on improvisation and incorporates psychedelic sounds. With a lineup consisting of congas, hand percussion, piano, saxophone, bass, and drums, they weave together vibrant sounds and rhythms that captivate audiences and gets them dancing to the music.

The Chicago Jazz Festival returns this year with performances celebrating all forms of jazz in Millennium Park, at the Chicago Cultural Center and citywide, including shows here at The Whistler and our sister venue, Sleeping Village.
