Aaron Krings is a Chicago-based upright and electric bassist whose performances span jazz, rock, R&B, and roots music. Since arriving in 2020, he’s become an active part of the city’s music scene, performing in everything from big bands to theater productions. In 2024, he formed the Aaron Krings Quartet to showcase original compositions blending jazz, rock, and free improvisation.
