CHIRP Night features live musical performances curated by CHIRP Radio and bar proceeds help support our friends at the station.
Kailyn Hope Bennett was raised in Colorado and since childhood has always pursued some form of creative expression. When she moved to Chicago, she felt a call to make music, so she bought a guitar and taught herself how to play. Kailyn just self released her first EP, Loving and Losing, which paints stories of just that, loving and losing. She has a passion for the high energy of rock ‘n roll, but pulls on her western roots to weave twangs of folk and country through her music.
Spooky Boo is an interstellar delegation of crime fighting vigilantes. When the majority of our time isn’t pulled into our separate ventures of saving the world, performing backflips and breaking hearts we assemble as a collective to create weird, but not as weird as you would think, sounds.
CHIRP is a non-profit, volunteer-run, music-, arts-, and culture-focused radio station transmitting live 365 days a year at 107.1 FM and chirpradio.org.
