Bob Dey’s Tank Engine Man is produced by the unique partnership of Messrs. Bob Dey and Talent, with the latter acting as a sort of surrogate musician for Mr. Dey. With little time or training to pursue his musical aspirations himself, Mr. Dey has hired Mr. Talent to record and perform the songs that he has written.
